At Xubitar, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use XPreOrder.

1. Information We Collect​

We may collect the following information:

  • Basic store data (store name, store domain, email, currency, locales)
  • Pre-order's order data
  • Shopify access tokens
  • Preorder settings and configurations
  • Metadata related to preorders (timing, product IDs, customer name, customer email etc.)
  • Aggregated usage statistics (anonymized)

We do not collect customer payment data or any sensitive financial information.

2. Why do we collection customer name and email​

We only collect Customer's name and email address when process pre-order:

  • To enable you to notify your customers about pre-order stats

3. How We Use Your Information​

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the XPreOrder experience
  • Customize app behavior based on your store configuration
  • Offer support and diagnose issues
  • Monitor app performance and detect abuse

4. Data Retention​

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. After uninstalling the app we delete everything except your basic shop info (shop name, email) and basic app settings after 2 days. We delete everything else after 29 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Data Security​

We use secure protocols and follow industry standards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Third-Party Services​

We respect your privacy and do not share your data with any third party.

7. Data Deletion Requests​

You may request the deletion of your store’s data by emailing us at [email protected]. We also support Shopify’s automatic data deletion requests where applicable.

8. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this policy as needed. You’ll be notified of significant changes either via the app or through your account email.
